Uno kiosks provide both high-quality
digital prints and photo archive CDs — complete with Oblò’s
distinctive PC viewer software for browsing images in the form of
a slideshow. Like the Zero, Uno accepts files from a complete range
of digital media, including CDs, DVDs, Compact Flash, Smart Media,
Secure Digital, Memory Stick, MultiMedia, and xD cards (with an
adapter). Both kiosks will also offer a new, high-tech, method for
retrieving digital files — wireless transmission from Infrared-
and Bluetooth-enabled devices such as camera phones.
Uno’s interface provides two
printing options: A fast “Print-All” feature, which
automatically loads and prints each image on the customer’s
media; and a “Select-&-Print” option, which allows
users to review and edit their image files individually. Editing
functions include: automatic image enhancement, red-eye removal,
brightness and contrast adjustment, and zoom & crop options.
Like Zero, Uno can be connected to an optional dye-sub printer,
sold with the kiosk, or connected via a LAN network to name-brand
digital minilabs, or analogue minilabs equipped with digital upgrade
kits
